Our luggage bags were very tired. After visiting I don’t remember how many countries and places, the luggage cases secretly arranged a strike. They wanted to retire. They wanted us to make one last one-way-trip to Spain.
We listened.

Benidorm… Benidorm. Here we are.
They call it the Las Vegas of Spain. That Spanish city with skyscrapers on the beach. A bit extreme for some.
Perfect combo of sea, sun, fun for others. Including us.
Long story short, after some years here of living in Benidorm, we opened a small but bold agency. It is very much boutique. With just a few take a few properties yearly.
Rentals for holiday homes and property sales in Benidorm. Done nicely. Humanly. Relaxed.
For moments like this. It had to be Benidorm.
Our trips have always been more than just a list of destinations. They have been stories of exploration and discovery.
They have been those moments where we felt like we were living our lives. But it have also been adventures that opened our eyes to the beauty and diversity of the world we live in.
We crossed continents, learned new languages and experienced different cultures, all in search of that feeling of freedom or relaxation.
That’s how we ended up in Spain/Benidorm. After a long journey we have decided to choose Spain as permanent residence.
Comparing all the countries we have seen (all were wonderful places) Spain won. VIVA ESPANA !
And it won because of the mild climate, the Mediterranean food, beer, Michelin restaurants, amazing architecture, the variety of beautiful places it offers and the welcoming people we have met along the way. The place that we can called it now our home.

Yes, it is easy for us to show you around some nice place to stay. We don’t recommend a place unless we really believe It’s a Nice Place in Spain.
That was the whole point.
We are here to share with you all the secrets of the city. With a ton of photos of Benidorm, at the end maybe you get to want to live here too.

Renting and Sales are also a part of what we do now. But actually it all started with our own personal needs. We wanted to sell our house and hired a “specialist”. The experiment was a failure from beginning to end. From the pictures taken, to the description of our house. It was not the house we were selling. It was just another house on the market. Boring, uninteresting and certainly not the house ……..
We wanted to look proudly at our home that we had built it from the scratch, renovated, decorated and left pieces of ourselves in it. It was a lesson. From which we had learned what not to do.
And because we don’t like classic formats, we created this website. As we know it. The way we feel. Just as we would have liked to see the house we sold presented to us.
With us everything becomes easier!
In everything we do (including this website), you will find small “peaces” of our heart and soul.
The standard format is horribly boring (for us). Our minds are doing their best to stay out of that. We are especially receptive to ridiculous, out-of-the-norm ideas (such as people thinking they can have a better life in Spain).
It is important for us that people who read us or take our recommendations seriously, to have a good time. We had nobody to guide us closer to what we wanted. Thus, our search took us an absurd amount of time.
